But it’s Alex’s secrets that could either pull them together or rip them apart—secrets the boy isn’t able to tell them and yet could be the key to happiness for all of them.

Co-Writing Yes Maybe or Never?

I have never co-written with anyone and I doubt I ever will. I work on my own and my stories come to me organically. There isn’t really a plan and developing one would require me to completely change my writing method. Now that isn’t to say that there aren’t people that I’d turn down a co-writing project if they asked. I’d write with Mary Calmes or Amy Lane if either were to approach me with an interesting project. But that isn’t likely. Know authors who regularly write with a co-author and they do amazing things.
Some have been writing together for years. I have been with Ariel Tachna and Nikki Bennett when they are working together and it’s like they share one mind. They are awesome working together and I have to say that there were times when I was jealous of the intellectual intimacy between them. But I know for me, it isn’t likely that I’ll ever co-write with anyone. So I guess my answer is a very qualified maybe.
